This single temperature cabinet is the gold standard for wine maturing (can also be used as a serving cabinet) The control unit with tactile keys enables extremely accurate management of the temperature and hygrometry. The cabinet temperature remains constant thanks to the dual hot/cold circuit. Hygrometry management is comprehensive: EuroCave measures, displays, monitors and provides warnings.
It recreates the same conditions found in a natural cellar. -A constant temperature of 10 – 14°C -Air circulation -Controlled hygrometry -Protection against vibrations -Darkness (U.V. screening for Full Glass and glass doors).
